Hello Team :) Just a few reminders ...: Please remain mindful that the LP team are not to inquire with residents about their whereabouts, personal matters or reference their schedules in and out of LP. Your role is to monitor/ document/report and enforce our policies/procedures. If a resident is not following policies or you identify a concern that requires attention , please contact me directly. Do not knock on resident doors or contact them unless it is an emergency or you have received prior approval. This includes matters such as package deliveries, appointments, meals, drug testing, work or other activites. These responsiblities belong to the residents. Alarm clocks are provided to support them in managing these obligations. Medications are solely the responsibility of the residents. Staff are not to provide any over the counter meds or offer medical assistance or advice. Residents should be referred to their case manager for any support or guidance related to medical needs. If you encounter a situation where immediate medical care is required contact 911 without delay.
